I was driving to work last night, listening to the music radio for a change (I was tired of listening to the local leftwing stations polish Obama’s knob via the airwaves after the debate) and I heard a song that was not unfamiliar, but to which I simply could not put an artist’s name to.
I got to work a few minutes early and put my GoogleFu into the ON position.
The good news: I got my answer.
The bad news: It had a link to the video.
I laughed for nearly 10 minutes.
Then I pictured the guy as Billy Corgan and laughed for another 20 minutes.
No, I’m not going to tell you who it is. C’mon, be daring for once.
As a reward, here is some different tunage from the same era that isn’t bad at all.
Complete with the bearded computer science professor playing overly simplistic keyboard parts and the accountant-in-shades on bass.
Enjoy!
“Sniff & the Tears”???
I’ve heard that song for years but NEVER heard the name of the band before 😛
Ouch, the first one is a bit painful to view, but the next is a classic – I don’t know how, but the riff does it – and I also never knew the song’s name or the group. I guess I didn’t pay attention to those things.
