As Joe Huffman notes here, the Washington State Attorney General has put out his big, legal middle finger of a legal opinion to Seattle Mayor Greg Nickels attempt to ban all legally concealed pistols on City of Seattle property.
In a nutshell, the AG says “preemption means preemption”.
