A week ago today I posted about a local Grandmother who had registered her dog to vote in protest to how easy it is for non-eligible voters (read: illegal aliens, felons, non-residents, etc.) to register to vote in King County. In the linked article, she told the reporter that she was going to plead guilty to the charges that the County had put against her, “Making a false statement to a county official”.
Jane Balogh has changed her mind.
It seems that while the county is not happy that she showed them to be incompetent dolts, and has charged her with the crime for doing so, they apparently don’t really care that she registered her dog to vote because they still have not gotten around to taking Duncan the dog off the voter rolls.
Personally, I think the county elections officials should be the ones who need to be going to jail.

Well of course they do not want to remove the dog from the list, because then they will have to remove all of the other mis gotten voters. (plus I think that the dog is secretly a liberal dem)
