The Dane recently watched the movie Flags of Our Fathers and made a not so startling discovery.
In the movie, they replay broadcasts by Tokyo Rose. The Dane breaks down and lists what Rose was always repeating in the breaks between music
1. Your President is lying to you
2. This war is illegal
3. You cannot win this war
How sad that not only is history repeating itself, but we don’t even need an enemy broadcaster to tell us these things.
