More Boomershoot Stuff

First, an odd anecdote:

When the wife saw David and I loading up his truck to head off to Orofino, she remarked on the quantity of firearms and ammunition:

“If you guys get attacked by some crazy serial killer at a rest stop, that’ll be the shortest horror movie ever”

It’s hard to argue with a woman who speaks such truths.

Secondly, more cool gear seen.

One of the gentlemen in the shooting position next to us had his rifles packed in shooting cases by Ziegel Engineering

While they looked simply like your standard heavy-duty aluminium gun cases, they were locked with cam-enabling tubular locks.

Tip: Pertaining to the last By Ourselves For Ourselves post, one of these cases with the tubular locks and ordered with the padlock hoop could be easily chained to the spare tire post in any passenger vehicle or to the seat mounting bracket in any truck cab to prevent theft.
