Your state has a surplus store that most likely sells to the public. Your taxes went to buying this stuff, now go get your property and profit off the depreciation. Just enter the name of your state and either the words “surplus” or “General Administration” or a combination of the two into your preferred search engine and you should be able to find it.
Btw, part of the reason I’m showing this pair in particular is that Washington’s GA eBay site would never see this stuff posted. Way to go Oregon!
In the second group, that Level 3 high-retention holster (3 anti-grab features, perfect for open carry) costs well over $100 new. Total cost for all that leather new is probably over $400.
