Of course, he had to say something stupid

The Moonbattiest Moonbat of them all (now that Cynthia McKinney got voted out), Dennis Kucinich, was silent during the hostage crisis, but now that it is over he has a few words that’ll make you’re head spin

British Soldiers Show Diplomacy Can Work

President Ahmadinejad’s announcement proves the value of diplomacy. The United States should be using diplomacy with Iran instead of rattling the sabers and ramping up for another war.

I’m glad to see the Iranian President utilized the instrument of diplomacy to extend amnesty to the 15 British citizens.

Time and time again, Iran has offered to enter into dialogue with the United States, including an offer to resolve tension with the state of Israel. But this Administration has shut the door to dialogue and put the United States on a track toward a military conflict with Iran.

Instead of sending a second aircraft carrier toward the Persian Gulf, the United States should be focused on promoting diplomatic talks. The news of the Iranian release of British captives proves that we can talk to Iran to solve our differences, and we should.

He completely misses the fact that his hero in this matter, Ahmadinejad, captured these British sailors and Marines at gunpoint, being the agent provacateur of the whole situation.

But to Dingbat Dennis, it is all America’s fault in the first place, so that gets discounted before any other thought can take place.

And supposedly half of America wanted these people in power? I don’t believe it.

  1. here’s to diplomacy hey. bush and olmert could learn a lot from blair and ahmadinaghad.nobody tortured no mass bombing of innocent people. i just am befuddled with all the people complaining about no one getting bloodied in the stand off.

Run, Dennis, run. A few more guys like you carrying the Democratic Party banner and the GOP will win again in ’08.

“i just am befuddled with all the people complaining about no one getting bloodied in the stand off.”

That is because you, Joseph, are an idiot who equates a person, out of uniform, whom the Geneva Conventions all say we can shoot on sight (and we did in WWII) to a unit of Royal Marines and British Sailors who were caputred at gun point in international waters during a routine patrol.

Your moral equivalence meter is off, Joseph. There is a reason the Iranians didn’t target Americans, and it isn’t because Bush would have ordered the bombing of their country. The Iranians are cowards who knew they’d get their asses blow off by the Americans if they tried it with us.

One last thing, Joseph. I noticed that you said that there was no torture of the Marines and Sailors; how do you know this?

The Geneva Conventions also state that making the prisoner appear on TV reading a statement (that was obviously preparred by someone else) is equaivalent to torture, as is making them comform to your religion (the woman wearing the hijab).

So first we have the illegal seizure of uniformed foreign soldiers, then the abuse then the TV broadcast. That equals three strikes the Iranians made against the Geneva Conventions. Just where are your demands that the Iranians are guilty of war crimes? Where are the demands from any one on the Democrat side who are so fond of whining on behalf of known terrorists?

Your party’s own top member, the Speaker of the House, couldn’t even bring herself to bring a non-binding resolution against the kidnappings before traipsing off to go lie about Israel to Assad.

You are a sick fuck, and that is all I have left to say on that metter.

Oh, and RD, they are Democrats. they cannot be “The Democratic Party” until they once again believe in democracy.

Well stated Phil. I heard that Joseph Partida also claimed that .32 caliber pistols are the end-all, be-all home defense cartridge too. 😉

Having short-sighted morons who think that everything is ok because nobody was “bloodied” or “mass bombed” sure worked out in the 1930’s too.

  5. Ahab says:

    Hey now.

    I carry a .32 sometimes.
