So long as I can be one of the test subjects.
A 2006 study by Clemson University found that the average American walks about 900 miles per year.
Another study by the American Beer Institute found that American’s drink an average of 22 Gallons of beer per year.
That means, on average, Americans get 41 MPG.
Not bad!
Â
Since I only drink about half that much beer, does that mean I can claim 82 MPG ????
Merle
Yes. Absolutely.
Anything to shut the ecofreaks up.
Given that a mil is a measure of angle (6400 mils = 360 degrees), I’m not exactly sure how you walk it, but 900 mils isn’t even a quarter of a turn.
Just because I was drinking when I typed that in doesn’t mean I will stand to be mocked (Ok, maybe just a bit.)
