A U.S. Border Patrol agent shot and killed a 22-year-old Mexican who was crossing illegally into the United States, U.S. police said Saturday.
The agent shot Francisco Dominguez, who had crossed into Arizona with family members and other migrants, while trying to take him into custody, Cochise County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Carol Capas said.

I don’t suppose it would do any good to point out that analogy sucks.
Though on the off chance that “Chris”, or someone like “Chris” is reading this, I will. That analogy could only work if a Mexican official shot Francisco. The border guards in West Berlin didn’t shoot the Germans trying to escape from East Berlin, the East German/Soviet border guards were the shooters.
