The 5th Circuit Court has vacated the conviction on the charges of fraud and conspiracy to defraud against the the dead Ken Lay.
As I mentioned back in July, this has sent the left atitter as can be shown with this post from Chris at the ineptly named AmericaBlog.
But what is truly precious are the conspiracy theories about how Bush helped Ken Lay fake his death in the comments section, a tact that was also taken by the guy I spoke about in the July post. The reasons for the vacating of the convictions are stated back in that post, as are my thoughs on the deceased.
