New 3Q FEC filings say that Lieberman spent $330,000 in petty cash on primary day — which certainly doesn’t argue against those reports of Joe buying votes in Hartford and other areas for $150 each on primary day.
She then links to a Nedder who denies that anything in the poll was right. Never mind that a Quinnipac poll from around the same time had Lieberman up twelve points and that every poll for the past couple weeks has had him ahead of Lamont by strides, Lieberman support will dwindle to nothing because his name will appear at the bottom of the ballot.
Maybe that will make a difference, but only because Democrats are too lazy to read that far.
