In the race between Lieberman and Lamont, the Lamont supporters decided that it was high art to build a paper-mache “float” that rides in the back of a pickup truck depicting Lieberman and Bush in a lip lock.
They were quite proud of said item and showed it off whenever and wherever Lamont campaigned during the primary. Then it went away for a while when this guy got an idea.
A rather funny one, if you ask me. But the Lamonteers weren’t amused, calling it a “truly despicable joke!”
Now that the pro-Lamont jihadis have faded away, the Lamonteers have decided it is time for “The Kiss” float to ride again!
In fact, Jane “People Just Don’t Get My Racist Jokes” Hamsher has video of it for all to see.
Sounds to me like the pro-Lamont jihadis need to hop on their motorized camels once again.
In a rather unsurprising bit of related news, Matt Stoller of MyDD somehow finds anti-Lamont “slander” in these two “attack” flyers from the Republican Jewish Coalition.
Oddly enough, and you can supersize/download these for yourself, neither of them even so much as mentions Lamont.
Cindy Sheehan, Howard Dean, MoveOn.Org, Jimmy Carter and Al Sharpton, yes. But nothing about Lamont.
I think maybe they hit a nerve Stoller doesn’t like touched?
These people can dish it out but can’t take it in. I don’t have time to read mydd, but there can’t be slander without naming someone. !Pobre Socialistas!
