Scenario: Man goes to Swedish Furniture Cult store, IKEA, to buy a kitchen countertop. He waits a long time in line to purchase said countertop, then even longer to have the store employees bring it to his vehicle. He gets home, unwraps it, and it is the wrong style countertop!
What is a fella to do when this happens?

Myself, I’d just never shop at IKEA again. They’re looking for any excuse to blame something on the right-wing of the US and vote for Democrats.

“Architect” must be a newbie because anyone in the building trades will tell you that this happens all the time. Hell, as a customer I could tell you the same thing. What you do is go to the store and deal with it there instead of sitting on the phone like a jackass. Symptomatic of corporate sleaze? Hardly. It’s called a “fuckup.”
