Since yesterday, we’ve learned that the man in question Naveed Afzal Haq, 30, of Everett, WA.
We’ve also learned that he shot six women at the JFB, killing one of them on the scene and putting three of them in critical condition at King County’s downtown hospital, Harborview. One of the women was 17-20 weeks pregnant (depending on who you read) and, as disgusting as this sounds, she was luckily only hit in the arm.
Michelle Malkin was able to find a high school yearbook photo of Haq and has it posted here.
She also links to a Seattle Times article in which an unidentified member of the Seattle PD Joint Terrorism Task Force claim that Haq has a history of mental problems.
Like her, I don’t believe it, and I don’t care. I will care even less when this bastard comes to trial. I would have rather that he saved his last round for himself or let the SPD help him make the connecting flight to Allah.
But alas, no.
So he is not only a hate filled, anti-semitic piece of shit, he is also a coward.

Let’s see, shoots a bunch of women and (unborn) children and once the police show up with the ability to shoot back…he gives up peacefully. I’m outraged…but hardly surprised.
Let’s recap:
Jewish Community Center, filled with liberal, unarmed Jewish WOMEN, in the liberal, mostly unarmed city of Seattle.
Could a Jihadist find a more likely target?
Probably not.
While I have great sympathy for the jewish women who were attacked, I have two questions for them:
1. Where are their husbands to protect them?
2. Where are their weapons for protection?
My father was Jewish (not my mother, and I haven’t converted, so I’m not Jewish myself), so all my youth I got an earful about Jews, the Holocaust, etc. My father couldn’t understand why this group had continually made victims of itself for the last 4,000 years.
He was a much smarter man than I, so it stands to reason that I can’t understand Jewish victimhood, either.
Christians are supposedly the religion that tells followers to turn the other cheek, but it seems obvious that they learned that societal mistake from their predecessors, the Jews.
