Bad Spatial Judgement

So I’m packing up for the big move that is to start in nine days and last night came time for “The Packing of the Ammo”. I drove to the storage unit and grabbed an empty artillery shell crate that I figured would be big enough and start unloading “The Ammo Cabinet” (actually an old glass doored entertainment center).

I keep this ammo easily available for when I go to the range. I rarely need an entire case when I go, so this cabinet, where I can keep loose boxes out for easy access, works great. I keep the packed cases and other, already full arty crates in another part of the house.

Well, here is some of the ammo

Actually, just a little over half of it. I was waaaaay off. I don’t think I have another empty arty crate so I guess the rest will have to go into boxes.

Now I get to see if I can lift this heavy SOB into my truck. Luckily, I already have about half of the cases and crates already loaded-in.

In the process of clearing out this cabinet, I found a full box of .45 Long Colt ammo and 300 or so pieces of .38 Spl brass. I don’t ever remember owning a .45LC and I know I’m not going to be reloading any .38 any time soon. If anyone wants the brass, drop me an email at “randomnuclearstrikes – at – gmail – dot – com” and we’ll work something out.

    HUGE, NON-SERIALIZED AMMO DUMP DISCOVERED

GREGOIRISTAN – Agents in Libtardia say cache contains ammo known to be unusable in gun fiends own excessive armory of deadly weapons. During a routine kitten-stomping exercise held to test the effects of overtime on the budget, the suspect was overheard, by agents, to say, “I drove to the storage unit and grabbed an artillery shell that I figured would be big enough…” as well as, “I keep this ammo easily available…”.

More details on this story will be made public after the lockdown of all schools and Gov’t. buildings within known artillery range of the suspects hangouts has been completed.

Unnamed sources close to the investigation have speculated that the atillery may have been hoarded for use against the Governor and her secret stash of etherial voters – rumored to be stored in places other than cemetaries and prisons within the State.

Winter Olympics coverage, as well as all other scheduled programming on all major networks (except Fox News) will be pre-empted until further notice. Public Service messages from the Governors office, The Brady Campaign, The Violence Policy Center, Hugo Chavez with Cindy Sheehan (Rated NC-17) and the ghost of Vladimir Lenin will be broadcast instead.
