Phil made it safely past the NorCal border guards. They were searching the vehicle two cars ahead of him, which would have frightened a lesser mortal, but the Analog Kid soldiered on through without fuss.

Phil’s now soundly asleep, but here I am at 4am having pulled an all-nighter packing. Ah well, plenty of time to rest at the Rondy.
